I've recently watched the first few episodes of the "Justice League" animated series, and I'm really liking the way Wonder Woman is portrayed so far...she seems nice and down-to-Earth (well, unless she's in battle).

Is she portrayed the same way in the comic book series?

hello there. No Diana is not as aggressive and sure of herself in the comics as she was portrayed in the JLA series. My personal opinion only: the JLA had her determined, sure of decisions and to hell with what everyone else thinks. She loves greatly, but not afraid to slap you until you act right. The comics have been centered on 'who is wonder woman and what is her place in the world' for too long. She questions herself more and isn't always sure the path she is on is the right one. The comic version is not as 'punchy' as the animated one. Not to say the comic version is weakling pussycat: when she does make a decision she follows through on it. Just takes her a while to make the decision.....
