Seems Age of X created a bunch of "anomalies." Chamber is repowered and missing his face again. Angel Salvatore is repowered. Rachel appears to be back on the island (if that is who Revenant is; she's wearing that old Phoenix costume Rachel used to wear).

Callisto may be repowered and without tentacles.

Others we don't know yet exist.

Plus the psychological effects. Emma-Scott-Cargill triangle? Storm-Namor?

Could be all part of the Illusions that X created(or it is lazy writing/editing)

As far as Chambers was concerned, the bloodserum of Apocalypse did not just restore his front but also his mutant-status, though he didn't realise that. so it is possible that he is back. Still him having blown off his face/chest again would be silly.

Callisto losing her tentacles is old news, she is normal limbed as far back as 'Son of M'.

And Phoenix is most likely Hope.

The triangles will most likely be forgotten.
