LOL. Like Scott didn't require a mentor. He turned out just fine, didn't he? It's going to be interesting to see how the writers deal with this. I'm all for The Redemption of Scott Summers. It better not come cheap, though.

Dark Phoenix, as Jean Grey, couldn't kill the X-men because of who Jean was. She loved them and Dark Phoenix felt that. Dark Phoenix could have killed the Professor but Jean stopped it. She fought back. Where was that fight in Cyclops? He killed Professor X before he became Dark Phoenix, even though it was just a matter of time. Does this tell us who Scott really is?
