    Quote:
Given her stance on the previous X-Forces, the repercussions of AVX, and her joining the school, Storm is a curious choice.

But she has displayed a ruthless streak in the past:
-She almost drowned Maddie stopping Mastermind in UX 175.
-She had Betsy alter Alex's memories in UX 219 when Alex saw something he shouldn't have, even though Betsy warned her that there would be side effects thanks to the telepath defenses Xavier taught Alex. Alex suffered nightmares that caused him to lose control of his powers and almost kill Lorna. Afterward, when Alex regained his memory, she seriously considered killing him.
-She tried to kill Forge in UX 224 without hearing his side of the story.

Good points. During her powerless mohawk days she had no reservations about killing. To add another example, she knifed Callisto in the chest and left her for dead. Back in those days, Cyclops was the champion of "the ends NEVER justify the means, and X-Men don't kill!" Storm, on the other hand, had the opinion that you have to move with the times and kill if necessary. Now they've both done a bit of a reversal. Maybe Storms moral compass is "the opposite of Scott."

And a lean, silent figure slowly fades into the gathering darkness, aware at last that in this world, with great power there must also come -- great responsibility!
