> What I found disagreeable was that she really needed Strange's tutoring. She's the Supreme Sorcerer of Limbo, gosh dernit.
Yep. That's one disagreeable one.

> We know the Soulsword is made of Promethium (Marvel variant), a "metal" found only in Limbo, and it comes from what appears to be an animal heart that is the source of Limbo, itself (removing it from Limbo causes Limbo to cease existing).
> I shouldn't think the Soulsword weighs much different than one would expect a sword to weigh (3-5 lbs). Of course, I guess it would depend on what Magik wanted the sword to look like. She controls its appearance (it can look like everything from a Jedi lightsabre to a Claymore to one of those giant popcicles from Anime).
That's fine. Just would be nice to see it noted occasionally. Maybe Rockslide can make a joke about it. Curious if there is proportionate differences with Pixie's Soul Dagger.

> Well, Overdrive has "nano bacteria" that alter reality on a somewhat small scale, actually changing a vehicle's appearance. Hijack's power just seems like a specialized telekinesis (affecting combustion and electrical systems, primarily).
The mechanics are different. Just meant the end result in general. Maybe a showdown is called for:

> Yes, that was the whole point of Mutant Growth Hormone.
So all those humans that got the various powers got their MGH sample taken from the blood of some of our fave X-men when? More between-panel out-of-story flashback? Sigh. Is it canon that MGH also comes from non-mutant superhumans?

> Would love for it to be revealed that Madripoor Creed is Raven.
They appear too often in the same scene that might make that, otherwise fun idea, problematic.

> I'm probably wrong, but I'm still sticking with the mystery guy being Archer of the XUE. [...] But he'll probably be some new iteration of Bastion.
Hmmm.

I miss Dad and Dan.

I always thought Illyana's magic outside of limbo was weak (except for her soulsword). Also, Illyana really hasn't used her magic outside of limbo; she has relied mostly on her teleportation powers/soulsword. She might have been a little rusty. And given that the Phoenix Force messed up her mutant powers, it is not a far stretch that it messed with her sorcery abilities as well.

So maybe her sessions with Strange are more refresher/strengthening courses rather than teaching courses.
