    Yes, Jean is the age of the 1963 team. That's the problem. When she starts having children or settling down or all that sort of stuff, she ages all of them, moreso than the giant sized because the giant sized have the built in "They've all died and come back through the siege perilious" schtick.

So you think it matters in the grand scheme of things whether Ice Man, Beast, or the Angel age? Maybe you're right. I'd have to think about it. Nowadays these characters just seem so expendable.

    Also, it's Jean Grey settling down that causes the Days of Future's past. Rachel is the result of Jean Grey settling down, and Rachel leads to hounds and Sentinels and Days of Future's Past. That's why she can't age. The more she ages, the more we get closer to the end of the world.

Now that's a very interesting notion. I really have to think about that one.
