I would say definitely yes, when the deal receives whatever federal approvals it needs.

But should it be? I would go with no. I was reading the Wikipedia article on Wanda and it made my head spin. The madness needs to stop. Continue forward with the current origin story and set aim at the future instead of the past. Innate ability to wield magic without any training at all is interesting, especially when training is layered on top of that. That has been her basic story for a while now. The innate ability being a Homo Superior mutation always made sense and still would. But genetic manipulation works too and makes her more unique. It puts her in the same club with 'Deadpool. A complicated relationship with the High Evolutionary is at least as interesting as anything with Magneto.

As for Pietro: the High Evolutionary is just as interesting a father figure for him (biological or weird sciencey) as Magneto ever was. Continue forward with the current story and aim at the future instead of the past. I really enjoyed that mini-series of some years ago when Pietro was operating as almost a prince of Wundagore. Go back to that context and build on it. That was without a doubt his proudest hour in many years, comparable to the glory days of Avengers 16 and the next few years following.
