Yes, Endsong ended with Jean going off to find her pieces. This is sort of being ignored. We next saw Jean usher her family into the White Hot Room in the "End of Greys" story.

The Phoenix brought her back again, but Jean seemingly got rid of it... "once and for all." Yeah, riiiight... until next time.
