[sarcasm]Oh, and of course Warpath ain't dead, he's a Handbook Character.[/sarcasm] Ditto Blaquesmith (kinda).

I'm grateful but still miffed that he was injured at all.

I'm going to excuse Domino asking who the MLF were because except for Zero, they were new people. But there really wasn't any information that she didn't already know.

That retcon history of Kid Cable pretty much proves to me that he doesn't grow up to be Old Cable because it was never Old Cable's mission to correct the timeline. Otherwise, yes, I don't care about this backstory.

"Twenty years from now?" The heck?! The mansion is destroyed now, but they rebuild in Central Park again?! Of course it gets destroyed again. At this point, it should hardly be a shock to anyone that the mansion gets destroyed. They lose more mansions than jets. HQs get destroyed. It's almost one of their primary purposes. This is why you don't want your HQ to be in a populated area or a school with kids, but that's just me being logical.

Also... "twenty years from now" trivializes all of the bad stuff happening throughout the X-Books.

I'd almost suggest the X-men create an Asteroid base named Asteroid X
to use as their school and HQ, but there is the old saying about whatever is up must come down.....

Also it is hard to care about the X-books.
