I thought only Magneto called mutants Homo Superior.
Prof calling 'em that hurt my ears.
Mine too. Mister Anonymous zeroed right in on what I was thinking. Xavier is being written as if he were Magneto with telepathy. Notice how he doesn't care that the police officer was killed? Not a word from him on that. Namor cared. Xavier/Magneto didn't.
I've completely turned against this mini-series. There's not one good thing I can say about it. Oh wait - the art is nice.
What I can't figure out is - Why write something like this? It's like we're back in the days of Civil War, when I kept wondering why Marvel would publish something that painted Tony Stark and Reed Richards so negatively. This character assassination stuff just makes no sense.
Meanwhile, Bucky was shot in the head at point blank range. I guess he's dead. Question is - How does he come back from that? Or does he?

Kid is named "Roman", huh?
Immediately thought of Image Comics' Brigade player Roman and his inspired naming (and twist to the opposite of how Stan Lee came up with Namor's name). Kind of a revenge plagurizing of plagurism?
The Namor/Roman thing went right over my head until you guys mentioned it.

Yup. The only character who's written as inconsistently as Magneto is - Namor. Oh - and Xavier.
