These are the situational 'developments' that were bothersome...
(Besides a monthly adventure with ninny Nanny who would be better off thrown in a barrel of Vibranium.)

What's up with the Quiet Council being okay with mutant villains "NO INTENTION OF EVER CHANGING"? (Sidebar: Shouldn't somebody have reminded Sabretooth's lawyer? ;\) )

Well, they are mostly mutant villains who have done at least as bad as Sabretooth and are currently plotting to continue their ways.

So, now it's going to be Greycrow instead of Scalphunter for the same reasons it's the Washington Football Team instead of Washington Redskins, right?

I would hope, but there should be something cooler than Greycrow. Armament? Weaponsmith? Something...

What's up with the onlye “theoretically reformed” for Havok (only of all those Inverted)? BTW, has he ever been Krakloned yet - which should solve that problem toot sweet or tout suite?

Would it solve anything? I mean, imo, clones are totally separate beings, even if you rewrite their brains into believing they aren't. But should that be an easy out for a magical curse?

Oh, never mind my philosophies... can't we just ignore all of the Inversions?

So, Quire was too busy which is why Empath joined up to be the distressing sight gags and signature moves of Deadpool dying in various extreme ways only to come back in a matter of panels. Desensitizes the drama and discredits the heroes doing the deed for a laugh. (Although it was kinda funny that Greycrow kept his promise.) These gimmicky gags have been done to death, eh?

What's up with the US gov't authorizing a foreign mutant, and extreme national... concern, demolition for some 'non-descript orphanage' in the middle of Nebraska (or was it unseen TP between issues)?

I just don't get the motivations of anyone involved, except maybe Havok just wanting the place demolished. Sinister should have better means that he performed ages ago.

And it really just twists my nipples (in a bad bad way) that they're using the Hellions name for this when we could have an actually interesting Hellions mini (with old school Hellions, Empath's Hellions, and the post-Morrison group).

So, they're going to try to 'clean up' all the mistruth, illogic and incontinuity of the decades of Sinister Marauder Clones with generational Krakoan clone analyses. Even these 'undead' clones apparently enslavable by Goblin Queen? Hmm...

What's up with Kwannon's decision to abdicate leadership by letting Wild Child kill her? Makes little sense - even if it is some new perverted character focus on

I'm still not even sure why Kwannon was ever involved in this.

This issue was an unsatisfying read as were Wolverine 3, New Mutants 11, and maybe moreso with the Wanda-hatin' Empyre Xmen #1 all this week. Well, that crossover book did neatly FINALLY mention Serval Industries even if only a mere namedrop - as very small or tres petite consolation.
