She had the ability to do it only briefly. Rictor was a test subject to see if she can do it. Once they confirmed it, Dr. Doom was suppose to use a device that would allow her to restore powers to all mutants. Instead the device transferred the power to Dr. Doom himself. He tried to use the power to rule the world. Wanda turned the device on Doom and returned the power to the dimension it originally came from. As such, she's back to not being able to return mutant powers or alter reality to the extent that she did in House of M.
