Not me. Some people had/have good things to say about the Kelly/Seagle runs, but for me they are yet more reasons for my very low opinion of X-comics (and many other superhero comics) in the 1990s.
Bachalo I generally like - in X-books especially Generation X and his "Supernovas" collab with Mike Carey - but not what he did with Kelly and Seagle. Here, I have to mention that Rogue is my favourite X-Man and I did not like AT ALL how under Kelly/Seagle she became even more of a wimp than she had already been under Lobdell/Nicieza. Special mention to the crappy Agee Institute arc which prefigured a crappy movie, X-Men: The Last Stand.
I like the Agee story as a reaction to what she did to Gambit.
